“Toma has taken us on a journey from knowing nothing about art to learning how to appreciate pieces, the artists who create them, how they are made, and the stories behind them."
- L&NS
With 30 years of experience in the art world, Toma offers a wide range of art services to a diverse set of clients.
Toma was co-director of the 18-year family art business, Byron Cohen Gallery (Kansas City) and the last 12-years serving as a private art advisor, has provided Toma with extensive hands-on and behind-the-scenes knowledge of the contemporary art market and all its nuances. Equally passionate about advising the new collector as well as continuing to develop a collection with a seasoned collector, her expertise and commitment to quality remains constant.
Toma knows choosing the right artwork is a personal decision and always takes into consideration the many variables that come into play when advising her clients. She knows it’s important to understand how you live, what your individual tastes are (sometimes they differ within the household, and that’s okay), the style of your home and the budget you want to work within…all to help further develop your aesthetic and to create an interesting and inspiring environment that you and your family will enjoy for years to come.
